Join your organization
Enter the code your gym, club or employer gave you. We will show you who it belongs to before anything changes.
Joining points the app at your organization and nothing else. Nobody there can read your food log, your weight or any other health data. That reaches only a coach you explicitly grant access to, for exactly the fields you choose. You can leave at any time and nothing is deleted when you do.

Get Loopa first, then enter the code in Settings. The app is free without joining anything.
Questions people actually ask
Can my gym see my food log?
No. An organization sees counts about its own members - how many are active, how many are Premium, how many plans were shared and accepted. It cannot see who those members are or anything they logged. Your individual data reaches exactly one person: a coach you explicitly grant access to, for exactly the fields you choose, and you can see every read in Your Data and withdraw it at any time.
What does joining actually do?
It points the app at your organization, so you see its name and colors and its coaches can be found. That is all it does. It does not create an account for anyone, does not add you to a coach's roster, and does not grant anybody access to anything.
Can I leave?
Yes, at any time, from Settings in the app. Leaving switches the app back to Loopa. Nothing is deleted: your account with the organization and everything in it stays exactly where it is, and the same code brings you back.
What if my gym leaves Loopa?
Your account and your data are yours and stay yours. An organization that stops working with us takes nothing with it, because it never held your health data in the first place.
I do not have a code.
Ask whoever runs the program - the code is usually on a poster, in a welcome email or on the sign-up sheet. You do not need one to use Loopa: the app is free without joining anything.
