Join with a codeA GLP-1, testosterone or hormone protocol changes what matters in your day. Protein stops being a nice-to-have: in the SURMOUNT-1 body-composition analysis, Look and colleagues report in Diabetes, Obesity and Metabolism (2025) that approximately 75% of the weight lost was fat mass and 25% was lean mass. A symptom on day two means something different from the same symptom on day six. Loopa carries six protocol types on one engine, so the doses, the symptoms, the labs and the food all sit in one place and one timeline.

Protein first and calories as a floor rather than a ceiling, a week planned around how you actually feel across the cycle, a lean-mass protection score, and a dose log with a body map.
Training, nutrition and recovery logged against your own protocol, with injection sites, a symptom journal and a lab history that shows the trend rather than one reading.
Symptoms and wellbeing recorded over weeks instead of remembered at an appointment, alongside your labs, your weight trend and the cycle tracker.
A protocol you define yourself, with doses, sites, reconstitution math, supply and symptoms. Loopa carries no compound catalogue and draws no curve for a compound it has no published half-life for.
Your stage timeline after surgery, the supplement schedule with the iron and calcium separation built in, a lab calendar, and food tolerance recorded as you reintroduce.
A four-phase elimination and reintroduction test that ends with the widest diet you can eat comfortably, rather than a permanently narrow one.
Loopa gives no medication advice, and that is built into the product rather than written on it. It never suggests a dose, a timing, a titration or a lab window, and nothing in it tells you to start, stop, skip or change anything. It holds no catalogue of compounds and nothing that describes what any of them do. The compound name in your protocol is text you typed, encrypted with your own key.
The one piece of compound knowledge on the server is a small table of published elimination half-lives, each row taken from an approved product’s label or a pharmacokinetics paper about an approved product, and each quoting the sentence it came from. Where a name matches one, the app draws an estimated level curve in relative units and labels it an estimate. Where it does not, it draws nothing and says so, which is the honest answer and the one most apps in this category do not give.
No. All six are configurations of one engine inside Loopa, so the dose log, the symptom journal, the wellbeing check-in, the lab history, the supply tracker and the prescriber summary work the same way on each. Your food, weight, activity and workouts are already in the same app, on the same timeline.
Protocol support is part of Loopa Premium, which is $12.99 a month or $69.99 a year, and Loopa Premium Family covers up to six people for $119.99 a year. Loopa Basic is free forever and covers food, weight, water, vitals, micronutrients, manual activity, progress photos, workout logging and the community, with no ads and no daily logging cap.
No, and it is designed so that it cannot. There is no dose suggestion, no timing guidance, no titration advice and no lab-window recommendation anywhere in the app. It records what you report and reflects it back to you, and every medication screen carries the same line: questions about your medication belong with your prescriber.
Yes. Loopa exports a summary as a PDF or CSV, and it leads with the questions you wrote down for the appointment in your own words. A care team can also send a protocol to you, which you review and accept before anything changes; nothing a clinician sends is applied to your account without you agreeing to it.
Nobody, unless you switch sharing on. Compound names, amounts, notes, symptoms, scores and lab values are encrypted with your own key. If you turn on sharing for a Loopa coach, they see a symptom pattern as counts, which days your doses fall on and your wellbeing averages; never the compound name, an amount, a lab value, a note or your supply figures.
Food, weight, water and workouts cost nothing and always will. Add protocol support when you want it.
