Most trackers stop at the number. Loopa is built around what happens after it.
Log what actually happened. Food, water, weight, activity, vitals and the rest of it, in whichever way is fastest at the time.
Loopa puts the pieces beside each other. A calorie number on its own is a number; next to your weight trend, your activity and the week behind it, it is information.
See the direction, understand what changed, and decide what to do differently tomorrow. Then round it goes again.
Track more. Guess less. That is the whole idea, and it is where the name comes from.
Loopa Basic is not a seven-day trial and it is not an app that stops being useful until you subscribe. It is a real health and fitness tracker that costs nothing.
Log as many meals a day as you eat. Calories, protein, carbohydrates and fat against targets worked out for you.
Food loggingScan the packet and its own nutrition panel lands in your log. Unlimited, and it keeps working on a day you have used the AI allowance up.
The scanner“Chicken wrap and an iced latte.” Loopa works out the likely foods and portions and shows you the list before it saves. 10 a day.
Say the food instead of typing it. The recognizer runs on your device and the audio never leaves your phone.
Every weigh-in, and a trend through them that smooths the day-to-day water and glycogen noise. Free accounts chart the last 30 days.
Progress trackingFront, side and back, matched to the same pose, private to you and encrypted. Free on every tier.
Hydration, and every other liquid you drink if you want them counted.
Walks, sessions, steps, active minutes and the burn, folded into your day’s numbers.
Blood pressure, blood glucose, INR, blood oxygen, temperature, resting and average heart rate, sleep, energy and mood.
Vitals trackingSodium, potassium, calcium, iron, magnesium, zinc and phosphorus, plus the vitamins, against their daily targets. Derived from the food you already logged.
MicronutrientsForums, friends, the feed, groups and challenges, without buying anything.
The communityBring years of tracking across from another app, free, on any tier.
Easy SwitchWhat Loopa Basic actually costs
Two things on the free tier use AI and both are bounded: 5 fresh nutrient estimates and 10 plain-words entries a day. Searching, scanning, typing and logging a saved meal are never rationed. Free versus Premium, feature by feature
5 ways into the same diary. A saved meal makes it one tap after that.
Branded products, supermarket own-labels, restaurant items and everyday foods, with the panel that came off the packet. Free members get the whole database.
FreePoint the camera at the barcode. The most accurate way to log anything that came in a wrapper, because it reads a label instead of estimating.
FreeDescribe the meal the way you would to a person. Loopa works out the foods and the portions, and shows you the list to check before anything is saved.
Free · 10/dayTap the mic in the search box and say the food. Recognition runs on your device, so what you said never leaves your phone.
FreePhotograph the plate and get a list back: the chicken, the rice, the broccoli, each on its own line with its own portion, all editable.
PremiumYou should not have to spend more time logging lunch than eating it. All five, in detail
Loopa does a lot. You almost certainly want one of these first.
The half of tracking that looks forwards.
Tell Loopa how many days to plan. Your calorie and macro targets, the way you eat, the foods you have excluded and the things already in your pantry all go in, and what comes out is a week you would actually cook.
The shopping list is assembled afterwards and the totals are added up in code, not by a model. Then what your pantry already holds is subtracted from it, so the list is what you are missing.
Premium
A single weigh-in moves for a dozen ordinary reasons that have nothing to do with fat. Loopa puts the readings in context so you can see whether the direction has actually changed.
Every weigh-in is plotted, and a trend line runs through them that smooths the day-to-day water and glycogen swings. It tells you what the readings are doing, which is a different question from what today weighed.
Premium adds the projection, built from your own rate of change and shown as a range with a band around it, never a single date. Four weeks of scale readings cannot support a single date, so Loopa does not print one.

Most food trackers know what you ate and what you weigh. Loopa keeps the rest of it in the same place, so a week is one picture instead of five apps.
Eighteen things Loopa tracks besides your food
Your health does not live in one category, and your tracker should not either. Loopa records and organizes what you log; it does not diagnose from it. What Loopa tracks
Some health journeys involve more than calories and workouts. Loopa has dedicated experiences for six of them, so the information that matters to that journey sits beside your nutrition, activity and progress rather than in a notebook.
Food, protein, activity, dose history, symptoms and progress, arranged around the cycle you are actually on.
Explore GLP-1Your prescribed protocol beside training, nutrition, symptoms and the health readings you log.
Explore TRTSymptoms, wellbeing, protocol information and health trends kept together.
Explore HRTRecord the protocol you are already following, with dose, site and symptom information.
Explore peptidesStages, protein, hydration, supplements, labs and long-term tracking.
Explore bariatricThe elimination, reintroduction and personalization phases, with a tolerance profile that is yours rather than a generic list.
Explore Low FODMAPLoopa tracks the protocol. It does not prescribe it.
There is no dose guidance, no timing advice, no titration suggestion and no lab-window recommendation anywhere in Loopa, and the build is what enforces that rather than a policy. Every screen carries the same line: talk to your prescriber. All six tracks are included in one Premium subscription.
Substantial enough to be its own product, and it is part of Premium.
Stages, protein and fluid targets, the supplement schedule with its timing conflicts worked out, lab milestones, symptoms, food tolerance and activity, in the same app you use for everything else.
13 paths are covered, from exploring surgery through five procedures and revision to long-term maintenance and weight recurrence.
If your bariatric team sends their own protocol, it replaces Loopa’s published reference inside your app, stage by stage, and every screen tells you which one you are reading. Withdraw it and the published guidance comes back.
Premium
Bring what your phone and your scales already measured into the same place as the things you log by hand.
Weight, body fat, waist, blood pressure, resting and daily heart rate, glucose, steps, exercise time, sleep, workouts and water come in; Loopa writes weight, body fat, waist, blood pressure, resting heart rate, glucose, water and workouts back.
The Android half. Steps, weight, hydration, sessions, resting heart rate, blood pressure, body fat, sleep, glucose, blood oxygen and temperature in; weight, hydration and exercise back out.
Weight, body fat, blood pressure, pulse, blood oxygen, temperature, steps, active minutes and sleep.
Sleep, blood oxygen, resting heart rate and steps.
Blood pressure, glucose, blood oxygen, heart rate, temperature, sleep, weight and activity.

Device sync is part of Premium; seeing a connection and disconnecting it are free. Connecting a device is done in the phone apps. Device support
Your doctor does not need another stream of notifications from your health app. When you want to share something, Loopa turns the history you chose into one clinician share report.
Thirty, ninety or a hundred and eighty days, and, when you create it in a browser, which parts of your record go in.
Seven days by default, ninety at the outside. In a browser you set it when you create the link.
It is stored encrypted under your own key for the duration of the share, and revoking deletes the file, not just the link.
A link opens the clinician share report. There is nothing for your clinic to install, join or pay for.
Your data stays yours until you choose to share it, and what you share is a snapshot of the window you picked rather than a live feed into your account. Clinician Share
Loopa Premium Family covers you and five other people, across iPhone and Android, on one subscription.
What the family plan is
Everybody keeps their own account and their own private health information. The subscription is shared; the diary is not. No endpoint in the family feature can reach another member’s health data, and a test reads the source and fails the build if one ever could. The shared household pantry is off until somebody turns it on. Premium Family
The business model is simple: Premium subscriptions pay for Loopa. Your attention is not for sale and neither is anything you log.
No advertising SDK, no advertising identifier and no third-party trackers in either app.
Every health entry is encrypted with a key belonging to your account alone. Delete your account and that key is destroyed, which makes everything you logged permanently unreadable.
Other members cannot see what you track. Progress photos are yours, and nothing publishes one anywhere.
Your health data is not training data, and it is never disclosed for advertising or marketing.
A full copy of your account, free on any tier, as often as once a week.
Close the account and the erasure walks your whole record in one transaction, files and all.
8 real screens from the app, not a mock-up of one.

Calories, water and active minutes, and what is left of each.

Search, scan, describe or photograph, then check the list before it saves.

A week built from your targets and your pantry, ending in one shopping list.

Weight against your goal, with calories, macros and vitals behind it.

Blood pressure, glucose, INR and the rest, in the same place as everything else.

Ask a question and get an answer built from your own logged history.

A bariatric stage timeline, one of six tracks included in Premium.

Forums, friends and challenges, free on every tier.

Forums, friends, a feed, groups and challenges, free on every tier and entirely separate from what you track.
Ask a question, answer one, follow the people whose posts are worth reading.
Join a gym, a club or a workplace group and compete on a leaderboard that counts one number.
A forum where what gets built next is argued out in public.
Joining a group tells it nothing about your health. No role can read a member’s health data, not the owner, not an admin and not a Loopa staff account, and there is no permission to grant that would let one.

Changing health apps should not mean starting your history at zero.
Easy Switch brings your record across from MyFitnessPal, Lose It!, Cronometer, Apple Health, Health Connect or a spreadsheet: food, weight, measurements, activity, your own custom foods and recipes, and your goals.
It is free, on any tier. Asking somebody to pay before they can see their own history back is the wrong order. Everything you import is kept; a free account reads the last 30 days of it, and subscribing later reveals the whole thing instantly.

Where Loopa is different
Six ways to work with Loopa if your job involves other people’s health.
The ones people actually ask before they install anything.
Yes. Loopa Basic costs nothing, forever. Unlimited food logging, barcode scanning, weight and the trend line, progress photos, water, activity, all thirteen vitals, 15 micronutrients, the community and Easy Switch, with no trial and no clock on any of it.
None, on either plan. There is no advertising SDK in either app, no advertising identifier is read, and there are no third-party trackers. Premium subscriptions are what pay for Loopa.
Not for Loopa Basic. There is nothing to enter and nothing to cancel. Premium is bought through the App Store or Google Play when and if you want it.
As many as you eat. There is no daily cap on searching, scanning, typing or logging a saved meal. Two shortcuts use AI and are bounded on the free tier: 5 fresh nutrient estimates and 10 plain-words entries a day.
Planning and depth. Meal planning with a shopping list, photo food logging, Eating Out, workouts and programs with 453 exercises, the AI Coach, habits, fasting, device sync, trends, reports and export, and all six guided tracks including bariatric support. Your full history, rather than a rolling window, comes with it.
$12.99 a month or $69.99 a year for one person. Loopa Premium Family is $19.99 a month or $119.99 a year and covers up to 6 people. There is no free trial and no introductory offer.
Yes. Loopa Premium Family covers you and five other people, 6 in all, across iPhone and Android on one subscription. Everybody keeps their own account and their own private health information; the subscription is shared and the diary is not. Joining a group is free.
Both. Loopa is on the App Store and on Google Play, and a family group can have members on either. There is an Apple Watch app for logging water and how you are feeling, and home-screen widgets on both platforms.
Yes, and it is free on any tier. Easy Switch imports from MyFitnessPal, Lose It!, Cronometer, Apple Health, Health Connect or a plain spreadsheet: food, weight, measurements, activity, custom foods, recipes and goals. Note that the file export itself belongs to MyFitnessPal Premium on their side.
Apple Health and Health Connect sync both ways, and Withings, Oura and iHealth send their readings in. Device sync is part of Premium, and it is set up in the phone apps.
Yes. Those are three of the six guided tracks, along with peptides, bariatric support and Low FODMAP, and one Premium subscription covers all six. Loopa records the protocol you are following alongside your food, training and progress.
No. Loopa tracks what you log and provides general reference information with its sources named. It does not diagnose, treat or prescribe, and it will not suggest a dose, a timing, a titration or a lab window, and the build enforces that rather than a policy. Medical decisions stay with you and your care team.
Yes, when you decide to. Choose the window, and Loopa builds a clinician share report behind a link that expires, that you can revoke, and that deletes the file when you do. Your clinician needs no account and pays nothing.
No. What you track is private to your account. Joining a group, a gym or a club changes nothing about that. No role in an organization can read a member’s health data, and there is no permission that would let one.
Yes to both. A full copy of your account, including your health record, is free on any tier and you can ask for one as often as once a week; it arrives as a download link. Exporting your raw data as CSV or a spreadsheet is a Premium feature, and so are the personal report and the clinician share report. Closing the account erases your record in one pass, files included, and destroys the key your health entries were encrypted with.
Log your first meal. Track your water. Add your weight. Keep going for as long as it is useful.
