How to cancel
Cancel in your Apple Account settings, in Google Play, or at loopa.mobieus.io/subscription for a plan bought on the web. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and Premium runs to the end of the period you paid for.
If you stop
Your account moves to Loopa Basic, free, when the period you paid for ends. Nothing is deleted.
If you come back
Subscribe again and everything is there, back to your first entry. There is nothing to re-import and nothing to recover.
Refunds
30 days to change your mind
If you decide Loopa is not for you within 30 days of your first payment, we refund the pro-rated amount: the part of what you paid that you have not used yet.
Bought on iPhone or iPad
Apple handles App Store refunds, and only Apple can issue one. Sign in to reportaproblem.apple.com, choose “I’d like to”, then “Request a refund”. Pick the reason and the Loopa subscription, and submit. Apple usually updates you within 24 to 48 hours.
Bought on Android
Within 30 days of your first payment, email support@mobieus.io from your account address and we refund the pro-rated amount through Google Play.

What does Loopa Premium Family add over Premium?
Other people. Premium covers one person. Loopa Premium Family is the same Premium for up to 6: you, and up to 5 people you invite, each on their own account.
How do the people I invite join?
You invite them from the app, by email or with a link you send them yourself, and an invitation lasts seven days. They accept it with their own Loopa account, and joining costs them nothing. For as long as they are in your group, they have Premium.
Do we have to be related?
No. Loopa does not ask how you know each other. A family group is whoever the organizer invites, up to 6 people in all.
What happens if the organizer cancels, or somebody leaves?
A group covers people for as long as the organizer’s Family plan is active. If it ends, everybody keeps their account and everything they logged, moves to Loopa Basic and can choose a plan of their own. Anyone can leave a group at any time, and the organizer can remove a member or close the group.
Can family members see each other’s health data?
Not because they share a plan. The plan never opens anybody’s food log, weight, water, vitals, measurements, progress photos, targets, allergens or never-eat list to anybody else. What a group can share is a household pantry, which each person opts into, and meals somebody chooses to send.
I joined before Loopa 1.5. What changes for me?
Founding members keep Premium Family for life and current beta testers keep Premium for life. Current subscribers keep their price, and family members under an organizer stay covered. Everyone else who joined earlier gets 30 days of full Premium from the day Loopa 1.5 arrives, with a dated notice, and then keeps Loopa Basic or chooses a plan.
Are there ads?
No, on any plan. The apps carry no advertising SDK, read no advertising identifier and have no tracking pixel. Usage analytics never includes your health data, and you can switch it off in settings.

Where am I billed, and can I cancel any time?
You are billed by whoever you subscribed through: the App Store, Google Play, or Loopa on the web. Cancel any time in that account, or at loopa.mobieus.io/subscription for a web plan. Cancelling stops the next renewal and Premium runs to the end of the period you paid for.
Does Premium include a human coach?
Premium includes Loopa’s own coach, which has read your log. A personal trainer or nutrition coach can put you on their roster with the Coach plan, and while you are on it your Premium is covered by their plan.
Who is Loopa not for?
Anyone under 18, because a Loopa account requires you to be at least 18. And anyone looking for an app to diagnose, treat or prescribe: Loopa records what you log and shows your own numbers back to you, and medical decisions stay with you and your care team.
Can I export my data?
Yes, always, on Loopa Basic too, and the export covers everything you have logged. The raw data export gives you CSV on the phone and on the web, and XLSX in a browser.
