A peptide protocol is a record, not a recommendation.
Run as many compounds as you need, each on its own schedule, route and reminder. Log every dose against an injection-site map, keep a symptom journal beside it, watch the supply runway count down to the date you reorder, and convert a reconstitution on the same screen you draw from. Loopa holds no catalog of peptides, recommends nothing, and never suggests a dose or a cycle.

What it does
Several compounds, each on its own clock.
A peptide protocol is the multi-compound one. Everything below is per compound, so two things on different schedules never have to share a reminder or a supply count.
Schedules that match how you actually run it
Daily, chosen weekdays, every few days, or a cycle of so many days on and so many off. Reminders come in three tiers: the day before, an hour before, and on the day. One tap from the notification records the dose.
A site map, so rotation is visible
Subcutaneous, intramuscular, oral, nasal or other. Where the route has sites, each dose records one, and the map shows how often each has been used and when it was last used. That is the whole reason the field exists.
Supply that counts down from real doses
Tell it how much you have and how it is packaged, and the runway is worked out from the doses you have logged rather than from the ones you meant to take. It flags a vial getting low, and a use-by date coming up or gone past.
Reconstitution and draw volume
Vial strength and diluent in, concentration out. Or concentration and the amount you are drawing in, milliliters and syringe units out. Neither calculator offers a default for any field, and the answer can be saved onto that compound's supply.
Symptoms and a daily check-in
Site reaction, headache, fatigue, water retention, appetite change, flushing, and a free-text option. Severity one to five, and the entry records how many days it has been since your last dose. Energy, mood, sleep and motivation ride alongside it.
Something to hand a prescriber
Export the window you choose as a PDF or a CSV: what you logged, when, where, and what you noticed. Nothing is stored on our side when you export, and the read is recorded in your own audit trail.
Where the line is
Loopa is not a medical provider, and does not behave like one.
This is the part worth reading before you switch it on, because it is what makes the rest safe to use.
There is no compound catalog
Nothing to browse, nothing that describes what a compound does, and nothing that validates a name or an amount. You type what you are running. That is a deliberate design decision, not a gap waiting to be filled.
A chart is only drawn where a half-life was published
The server's only compound knowledge is a small half-life table, seeded from approved product labeling or human pharmacokinetic papers about approved products, each row quoting the sentence it came from. A name that matches nothing draws no curve and tells you that is why.
No coach sees any of it
The other three protocols can be shared with a human Loopa coach through a consent screen. A peptide protocol has no such template, so there is nothing to grant. Compound names, amounts and notes are encrypted, and none of them ever appear in a web address or in analytics.
Nutrition targets stay where you set them
GLP-1, testosterone and HRT protocols move protein up and switch on a calorie floor. A peptide protocol changes no target. You choose a training focus instead, from strength, recovery, body composition or general, and the week leans that way.
Loopa is not a medical provider and gives no medication advice. Talk to your prescriber about anything you are taking.
The rest of it
The protocol sits inside a full tracker.
The same app logs the food, the training and the weight, so the protocol is not a separate island.
What is encrypted, what is not, and who can read what. Written plainly.
FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
What people ask before they switch the protocol on.
Does Loopa tell me what to take, how much, or when?
No. Loopa gives no medication advice of any kind. It never suggests a compound, a dose, a timing, a cycle length or a lab window, and it holds no catalog of peptides to browse. Every compound name is text you type in yourself. The app records what you tell it and shows it back to you. Questions about what you are taking belong with your prescriber.
Does Loopa have a list of peptides to pick from?
There is no list, deliberately. Nothing validates a name, nothing describes what a compound does, and nothing checks an amount against a reference. The only compound knowledge on the server is a small table of published half-lives, and every row of it quotes the sentence in the approved product label or the pharmacokinetic paper it came from.
Will it draw a level chart for anything I log?
Only where a published half-life exists for that compound. For everything else the chart says it cannot be drawn and why, rather than estimating from a number nobody published. Where it is drawn, it is an estimate in percent of peak, from your own logged doses, with no annotations and no target band.
Can I track several compounds at once?
Yes. A peptide protocol takes as many compounds as you want to run, and each one carries its own schedule, its own route, its own reminders and its own supply. Daily, specific weekdays, every few days, or a cycle of so many days on and so many off.
Does it handle reconstitution?
There is a reconstitution calculator and a draw-volume calculator. Both work only from numbers you type: the vial strength, the diluent you added, the amount you are drawing. Neither offers a default for any field, and the result can be saved to that compound's supply so the runway counts down as you log.
Does it change my calorie or protein targets?
No. That is the one place a peptide protocol behaves differently from the GLP-1, testosterone and HRT protocols, which move protein up and switch a calorie floor on. A peptide protocol changes no nutrition target. You pick a training focus instead, from strength, recovery, body composition or general, and that is what the week leans towards.
Can my Loopa coach see my peptide protocol?
No. The consent screen has templates for GLP-1, testosterone and HRT, and there is deliberately no peptide template, so there is nothing to grant and nothing a coach can be shown. Your dose log, your compound names and your symptom entries stay between you and the app.
What does it record besides doses?
An injection-site map so you can see whether you are rotating, a symptom journal covering site reactions, headache, fatigue, water retention, appetite change and flushing, a daily wellbeing check-in, and a supply runway that tells you the date you run out from the doses you have actually logged.
Is any of this free?
Peptide protocols are part of Loopa Premium, and so is the rest of the medication support engine. Premium is $12.99 a month or $69.99 a year for one person, and $19.99 a month or $119.99 a year for a Family plan covering up to six people. There is no free trial. Loopa Basic, the free tier, is a full food and health tracker and stays free.
