The part that is other people

Most trackers give you a graph and leave you with it. Loopa has forums, a feed, chat rooms and a knowledge base, and every bit of it is on the free tier. Nothing here is ad-supported and nothing you post is sold on.

What is in the community

The part a tracker usually leaves out.

Forums, a feed, live rooms and a knowledge base, all inside the app and all free. Nobody pays to ask a question and nobody sees an ad for answering one.

Bring a friend

Send someone your invite link, or let them scan the QR code off your screen, and they can ask to be your friend. No searching for them, no address book. Loopa never reads your contacts. They see your name, your photo and how many days in a row you have logged something. Never what you logged. Sharing anything from your record is a separate, per-category decision you make on purpose.

Forums, by subject

Categories for food, progress, recipes, health challenges and general talk, with threads, replies, reactions and best answers. Coaches and communities can run a private space of their own inside it.

A feed for the smaller stuff

The things that do not need a thread: a win, a photo, a bad week. Follow people, like, comment.

Live chat rooms

Real-time rooms for when a thread is too slow. Part of Premium, alongside direct messages.

A knowledge base that the AI coach reads

Articles on how tracking actually works, searchable, and the same source the in-app coach grounds its answers on. If the coach tells you something, it can point at where that came from.

Free, and not ad-supported

The community is on the free tier: forums, the feed, profiles, friends and the knowledge base, with no ads anywhere in Loopa on any tier.

Moderated, with the rules written down

Community guidelines, a report path on every post, and a moderation log. Not a promise that nothing goes wrong, a record of what was done when it did.

Gyms, clubs and employers

Join your gym. It still sees nothing you log.

Your gym, running club or employer hands you a code. Type it in and two things open: a private room for the people in it, and the challenges that organization runs. That is the complete list.

What nobody in your organization can see

  • Your workouts and every set inside them
  • Your activity, your steps and your sessions
  • Your weight and your body measurements
  • Your food log, meal by meal
  • Your progress photos
  • Anything else you keep in Loopa

No role reaches any of it (not the owner, not the head coach, not whoever paid for the membership) and there is no setting that would let one. Running the gym does not make somebody your coach. Coaching is one named person you pick yourself, from a screen where all ten categories start switched off and you turn on the ones you mean.

Type the code, and you are in

Eight characters, taped to the wall or dropped in the group chat. The alphabet leaves out the letters people mix up (no O beside 0, no I beside 1) so a code called across a gym floor lands where it was meant to.

A room only the members can see

Your organization gets a private forum space of its own. People outside it do not see it listed, let alone open it. Inside, it behaves like the rest of the forums: threads, replies, reactions.

Their own challenges, their own board

The organization runs contests for its own members, steps, hydration, a logging streak, whichever it sets up. You see what is running, and the leaderboard of any you join.

As many as you like

Your gym, your running club and your employer’s team can all sit on your list at once, each with its own room, its own contests and its own members. Joining one never costs you another.

What an owner and an admin can do

Share the join code, invite people, remove a member, start and end challenges, and moderate the room. Changing somebody’s role and handing the organization over stay with the owner. Every one of those is about the organization. None of them is about you.

Leaving closes the door behind you

Leave and the room shuts for you that moment. You come out of any challenge still running, and every result you already finished stays on the board it is on. Everything you have logged is still yours and still private, because none of it was ever the organization’s to hold.

Membership, the room and the organization’s challenges are on the free tier, the same as the rest of the community. How organizations work

Common questions

Do I need to pay to use the community?

No. Forums, the feed, profiles, friends and the knowledge base are on the free tier along with food, weight and water logging. Live chat rooms and direct messages are Premium.

Are there ads?

None, on any tier. That is not a temporary position while we grow; it is why the paid tier exists.

Can I post video?

Yes, and it costs nothing. Post once and video is unlocked for you. If you have completed mobieusVerified (Loopa's optional identity check) video is open from your first minute, along with links and file uploads, in every Mobieus community you belong to. The app tells you which applies before you open the camera.

Is my health data visible to the community?

No. Nothing you log appears anywhere in the community unless you deliberately post it. Your diary and your profile are separate things.

How do I join my gym, club or employer on Loopa?

Ask them for their join code and type it into Loopa. It is eight characters and it works straight away. Joining gives you the organization’s private room and its challenges, and it does not make anything you log visible to anybody in it.

Can my gym see my weight, my workouts or what I eat?

No. No role in an organization can open your workouts, your activity, your weight, your food log, your measurements or your photos, and there is no setting that turns any of it on. If you want somebody reading your training, that is a coach, one named person you choose, from a screen where every category starts off.

Does joining an organization cost anything?

No. Membership, the private room and the organization’s challenges are all on the free tier, alongside forums, the feed, profiles and friends.

What is the knowledge base for?

Plain explanations of the mechanisms behind tracking, and it is also what the in-app AI coach reads before answering, so its replies are grounded in something you can go and read yourself rather than generated from nothing.
