There are 168 hours in a week and you are there for one of them, or for none.
The other 167 are where the meals, the skipped sessions and the late-night decisions happen,
and not one of them is visible to you. They tell you the week went fine. The scale says
otherwise and neither of you knows why.
Loopa is where your people log their food, their weight and their training,
in a private space that’s yours to run. You see what each of them decides to show you,
they get a meal plan built on their own numbers, and you get paid every month they stay.
20–30%
Recurring commissionOn every Loopa Premium membership that starts through your link, every month it
renews. 20% on 1–49 active Premium members you referred, 25% on 50–199, 30% on 200+.
We are inviting a small number of coaches, trainers, creators and influencers
to join us, and there are two ways to do it. Both are free, and both sit on the same rate
card.
The difference is not the money. It is whether you want to hand your audience a link,
or work with the people who come through it.
Affiliate
20–30%recurring commission
Share your link and get paid for it
Put your personal Loopa referral link in front of your audience (a bio, a
newsletter, a video description, a class) and earn on every Loopa Premium member
who signs up through it, every month they stay. Starts at 20% and climbs with the
roster.
Your own link, live the day you are approved
A dashboard that shows the clicks, the signups and the money
Nothing to run, nothing to install, no minimum audience
Everything on the affiliate side, plus the full Loopa coaching platform. Work
directly with your clients, see the progress each of them chooses to share, build and
recommend workouts, help with nutrition and meal planning, and run the whole roster
from one place.
A private space only your people can see
Programs on a calendar grid, from a library of 453 exercises
Meal plans built against each client’s own targets and exclusions
Your roster sorted by who is slipping, every morning
Earn 20% to 30% recurring on the Premium members you personally refer to Loopa. The
rate is the count; there is nothing to negotiate and nothing to ask for.
1–49 active20%recurring
Where every partner starts, from the first referral, on the day they are
approved. No minimum audience, no qualifying period, no probation rate.
$2.60 per active Premium member, per month,
at the $12.99 price50–199 active25%recurring
It applies to the whole roster from then on, not only to the fiftieth. Every
member you already had moves up with you.
$3.25 per active Premium member, per month,
at the $12.99 price200+ active30%recurring
The top of the card, and it is a threshold rather than an invitation. Reach the
count and the rate is yours.
$3.90 per active Premium member, per month,
at the $12.99 price
How the count works. “Active” means a
member you personally referred who was on Premium and using Loopa for the whole
month, eight logged days or more. Your rate is set once a month from that count and
applies from the following month. If the roster shrinks the rate steps back down the
following month too, and nothing you have already earned is ever taken back. Commission is
paid only on real subscriptions real customers bought: never on a comped, trial or
refunded one.
1.5%recurring
Partner Referral Bonus
Most influencers know other influencers.
If you personally introduce another coach or affiliate to Loopa, you earn
1.5% recurring on the Premium subscription revenue their own customers
generate. We pay it on top of their commission. Nothing comes out of
what they are owed, and their rate is unaffected. You both see the same figure on your
statements.
And that is where it stops. No second-generation referrals. No third level.
No downlines. You are paid nothing for the act of introducing somebody (no
signup fee, no headcount bonus) and the bonus exists only where a real
customer is paying for a real Premium subscription.
What that comes to. If a partner you introduced has
1,000 active Premium members, that is 1,000 × $12.99 × 1.5% =
$194.85 a month to you, for as long as those members keep paying.
We are not building a recruiting scheme. We recognise that
most influencers have friends who are influencers, and we would rather pay you for the
introduction than pretend it did not happen.
What the formula produces
At the current $12.99 Premium price, each active Premium member is worth about
$2.60 a month at 20%, $3.25 at 25% and
$3.90 at 30%. So 200 active personal referrals would mathematically
generate approximately $779 a month at the 30% tier; fifty at 25% is
about $162, and ten at 20% is about $26.
These are illustrations of the commission formula, not a
representation of typical or expected earnings. Loopa is a new program; we have no
typical partner to describe yet, and anybody who tells you otherwise is guessing. What you
earn depends entirely on how many people you refer and how many of them stay. The figures
are worked at the list price: commission is paid on what we actually collect, so a
subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play is net of their cut first.
Whichever you choose, you also get
20–30% recurring commission on referred Premium memberships
Your own referral link and tracking dashboard
Real-time visibility into your Premium signups
Commission and payout tracking
Free Loopa Premium for your own use
Free mobieusVerified status
No signup fee, no monthly fee, no cost to participate
It is one application either way. You tell us which one you want on
the second page, and you are not locked into it, an affiliate who later wants to
coach only has the identity check left to do.
Who this is for
If people already ask you what to eat, you are in the right place.
A gym with 400 members and a coach with nine clients get the same thing here. The page
says clients because it had to pick a word. Swap in members, athletes,
players or followers, whichever one you actually use.
Coaches & trainers
Personal trainers, nutrition coaches, health coaches, dietitians. The people you
already work with one to one.
Gyms & studios
Give every member a food and weight tracker that talks to the work they do on your
floor, without building an app.
Clubs & teams
Running clubs, cycling clubs, lifting teams. One space for the group, and nobody has
to share anything they would rather not.
Associations
Membership bodies and federations who want to offer their members something useful
that is not another newsletter.
Creators & influencers
If your audience asks what you eat and how you train, this is a straight answer plus
a private space for the ones who follow through.
How it works
Apply, verify, share your link
No sales call. No onboarding webinar. No minimum following, roster or membership count.
The same three steps whether you join as an affiliate or as a coach.
1
Apply
Four short pages about who you are and who you work with, and which of the two
ways in you want. Expect a few days. If you listed a certification, the wait is us
writing to whoever issued it.
2
Verify who you are
First time you sign in, you do mobieusVerified: a government ID and a short selfie
video. Takes a few minutes, costs you nothing, and it is what puts the blue check on
your name.
3
Share your link
Put it in a bio, a class, a group chat, an email footer. Everyone who signs up through
it is yours (on your roster if you coach, on your dashboard either way) and
the commission starts on their first Premium payment and runs for as long as they
renew.
What you get
Six things you can use on Monday
Not dashboards. Six things you would otherwise be doing in a spreadsheet, a group
chat and a separate payment link.
Programming
Write the block on a grid, not in a document
Weeks down, days across, and your routine library beside them. Drag a routine onto a
day, set one progression rule for the whole program, and assign it to a client, or to
a group, from a start date. It lands on their training calendar in the app.
One to fifty-two weeks, and 453 exercises to build from
Linear, double progression, a percentage of their tracked max, or none
Your clients sorted by who is slipping rather than alphabetically, red through green
on adherence. Open one and you get the trailing four weeks, the sessions, the records
and where the volume went. Open a session and you can write on it, or on one exercise
in it.
Comments land in their app, and they can reply on the thread
Their own written session notes stay private to them
Your clients land in a forum that’s yours to run. You moderate it, and nobody else on
Loopa can find it or read a word of it. Post the week’s focus once instead of typing it
nine times.
Created for you the day you are approved
Hidden from everyone not on your roster
Two posts a day, so it stays a coaching space and not a mailing list
Meal plans
Built around their numbers, not a template
Pick a number of days. Loopa builds against that client’s calories, their macros,
how they eat and what they cannot touch. Ask for something that breaks one of those and it
refuses to build rather than shipping it with a warning attached.
One to seven days at a time
Their targets, their pantry, their exclusions
An offer, not an instruction. They choose whether to start it
What they share
Item by item, switched on by them
Weight trend, training, logging streak, when they last ate. Every category is its own
switch on their side, off until they move it. Whatever they keep back is simply absent:
no blurred row, no padlock, no “3 hidden” to argue with them about.
Ten categories they can share, chosen one at a time
Every read is logged, and they can see the log
Turning one off closes the history, not just what comes next
Commission
A share of every Premium subscription, every month
You earn on Loopa Premium subscriptions that start through your link, for as long as
they renew: 20% on 1–49 active Premium members you referred, 25% on 50–199, 30% on 200+. Your clients read that you earn, on the same screen where they pick what to
share with you. We would rather they hear it from us on day one than work it out later.
Recurring, not a one-off bounty on the first payment
The rate is set from a monthly count, not from a negotiation
Clicks, signups, held, approved and paid, all on one screen
Paid monthly once it clears a 30-day hold
Rate changes apply forward only; what you earned stays earned
mobieusVerified
The one thing we will not bend on
Someone is about to show you their weight, their food and their cycle because a name on
a screen told them it was fine. Before you take a single client, you prove that name is
yours: a government ID and a short selfie video.
Pass it and a blue check sits next to your name wherever you post: your space, the
forums, chat, messages. Anyone can tap it and see the date you passed.
Free for coachesWe ask for it, so we pay for it, the whole time you are coaching. Nothing to buy and nothing to cancel.
Reviewed by handNothing here is auto-approved. Somebody at Mobieus opens it and decides.
Your documents are not keptEncrypted, never shown to a client, deleted on a schedule. All that survives is the fact you passed.
It checks one thing: that you are a real, identifiable person. Your
qualifications are a different question and we ask that separately. Certified or not,
you are welcome here.
Running Loopa for a whole gym, club or employer
An organization gets its own Loopa: its name, its colors, its own coaches. Members
join with a code you hand out (printed on a poster, in a welcome email, or as a
QR on the wall) and the app they already have takes on your branding. There is no
separate app to build, list or ask anyone to install.
What you see
Counts about your own members, monthly: how many were active, how many are on Premium,
how many training plans were shared and how many were accepted. That is the whole of it,
and it is enough to know whether the program is working.
What you do not see, and cannot
Which members those numbers describe, and anything any of them logged. Not their food,
not their weight, not their workouts. That is not a setting we could turn on for you:
the connection carrying your reporting accepts a fixed list of counts and refuses
anything else. Individual data reaches one person, a coach that member chose,
for the fields they chose.
This is worth saying to your members in as many words. It is the reason they will
actually use it, and it is a liability you are better off not holding.
Who holds the account
A named person at your organization, who verifies as themselves. Identity attaches to a
person and never to a logo, so there is always somebody answerable rather than a shared
login going round. Roles cover the rest: owner, admin, coach, billing and viewer.
If it does not work out
Your members keep their accounts and everything in them. Leaving is one tap for them
and deletes nothing, and there is no member export for us to hand you on the way out,
because there is no member data you held.
Loopa is a wellness app. Coaching on it is general wellness guidance, and when something
turns clinical you say so and send them to their own clinician. You sign that in the
agreement, and any coach worth hiring was already working that way.
It cuts the other way too. A client can shut off your access mid-sentence, tell you
nothing about why, and walk out with every meal and every weigh-in they ever logged. Their
subscription, their price, their history: none of it is yours. That is the whole reason
they are willing to open any of it to you in the first place.
Coach FAQ
What coaches ask before they apply
Almost always the blue check, and what happens the day a client changes their mind.
How much is the commission, and how does the rate go up?
It is recurring, and the rate is a count. 20% while 1 to 49 of the members you personally referred are active Premium subscribers, 25% at 50 to 199, 30% at 200 or more. You earn it every month those people stay subscribed, not once on their first payment, and a new rate applies to your whole roster rather than only to the members above the threshold. Active means Premium and using Loopa for the whole month, eight logged days or more. The rate is set once a month and applies from the following month; if the roster shrinks it steps back down the following month too, and nothing already earned is taken back. Commission is held for 30 days and paid monthly after that.
Affiliate or coach, which one should I pick?
Pick affiliate if you want to share a link and be paid for it, with nothing to run. Pick coach if you want to work with the people who come through it: your own private space for them, workouts you build and recommend, meal plans against their own numbers, and whatever progress each of them chooses to show you. Both sit on the same rate card. 20% to 30% on the members you refer, plus 1.5% on any partner you introduce, and both are free. It is one application either way, and you tell us which on the second page.
Is this multi-level marketing?
No, and the structure is the answer rather than the assurance. There is exactly one referral level and there is no second: if you introduce a partner you earn 1.5% on the Premium subscriptions their own customers pay for, and you earn nothing at all from anyone that partner goes on to introduce. There are no downlines and no depth. Nothing whatever is paid for the act of recruiting (not for a signup, not for an application, not for a headcount) so introducing somebody who never refers a customer earns you nothing. There is no fee to join, nothing to buy at any point, and you are not required to hold a paid subscription of your own, because partners get Loopa Premium free. Every dollar in this program comes from a real person paying for a real Loopa Premium subscription. It is in the partner agreement in those words, and self-referrals, circular referrals and fake accounts are prohibited and reversed.
Does any of this cost me anything?
No. There is no signup fee, no monthly fee and nothing to buy at any point. Your own Loopa Premium membership is free while you are with the program, and mobieusVerified is free too, because we are the ones asking you to do it.
Do I need to be certified?
No. The form asks because some coaches want theirs shown, and if you hold one we verify it and put it on your profile. Skip the question and nothing about your account changes.
What is mobieusVerified?
It is an identity check: a government ID and a short selfie video, checked by hand. When it passes, a blue check appears next to your name everywhere you post. It is free for coaches, because we are the ones asking for it. You complete it at your first sign-in to the coach portal.
What can I actually see about a client?
Only what that person switches on, one category at a time, from their own settings. There are ten: weight, activity, workouts, body measurements, progress photos, nutrition, fasting, cycle, supplements and how consistently they log. Everything starts off. They can switch any of it off whenever they like, and switching it off closes the history too, not just what they log afterwards. Every time you open one of those categories, they can see that you did.
How do I get paid?
A share of every Loopa Premium subscription that begins through your link, for as long as it renews: 20% on 1 to 49 active Premium members, 25% on 50 to 199, 30% on 200 or more. It is held for 30 days, then approved and paid monthly, to a payout account you set up yourself. Clicks, signups, held, approved and paid all sit on one screen in your partner dashboard, and you can export the ledger. Your clients are told about the commission in plain language on the same screen where they choose what to share with you. Better they hear it from us than work it out later.
Is this medical advice?
No, and the agreement you sign says so. Coaching on Loopa is general wellness guidance. Anything clinical belongs with the client’s own clinician, and part of coaching well is knowing where that line sits.
Can I lose access to a client?
Any client can cut you off at any moment, without telling you why, and we can end the arrangement too. If either happens, your clients keep their subscriptions, their pricing and everything they have logged. None of it belongs to you, and that is the deal that makes them willing to share it in the first place.
Can a gym, club or association join, or is this only for individuals?
Either. An organization applies exactly like a person does, and gets the same private space and the same link. The difference is only that the people arriving are your members rather than your one-to-one clients. One catch worth knowing up front: the identity check lands on a person, not a logo. Somebody at your organization verifies as themselves and holds the account.
Can our members see that we cannot see their food log?
Yes, and they are told so in the app rather than having to take your word for it. The organization screen says what you can see - counts about your members - and what you cannot, and links to a page saying the same thing. A member deciding whether to join reads the real answer, which is the only version worth giving them.
How long does the application take?
The form is four short pages. The wait is usually a few days. If you listed a certification, the hold-up is us writing to whoever issued it and waiting for them to write back.
Your move
One application, four short pages, and you pick affiliate or coach on the second one.
Free either way, and the same rate card either way. 20% on 1–49 active Premium members you referred, 25% on 50–199, 30% on 200+, plus 1.5%
on any partner you introduce. You get an answer either way too, and a real one if it
is no.
